1) Solid experience with SIP Protocol and SIP Server

2) Experience with WebLogic working in an Agile/Scrum environment

3) Experience with Oracle on the back-end

4) Prototyping and proof of concept with strong hands on Java experience is critical

5) Requires BS/BA degree

6) Must be clearable- US Citizen only please
