Lead Systems Analyst- Arlington/ Business Systems Analyst- Arlington, VA

**Must have the ability to work on a long-term contract to potential hire**

1) Translating business requirements (Use Cases) into technical requirements

2) Telecommunications experience (preferably with billing projects)

3) OO design language environment such as J2EE, C++ or.NET

4) Works with Portal technologies/ Vignette

5) ID document, analyze and communicate to team system level solutions
