I am looking to identify two technical project managers. This person would have a solid background in full SDLC efforts as a TPM with a technical background in Java web development. This person will not code but has to be technical enough to lead others. They should be able to discuss technology and software benefits but "not have the wool pulled over eyes" by developers and business due to inexperience. This person must have strong presentation and communication skills. This person must have been a part of efforts around single sign on, content management and possibly social networking. The candidate should be very familiar with content management with specific tools such as: Momentum, Day Communique, Web Content Management, Oracle Universal Content Management, or IBM, Enterprise Content Management. Hands on knowledge of social networking and marketing to sites such as Ning, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace etc. is helpful. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is also desired.
