Candidates MUST have a Telecommunications/Cable work history. We are looking to employ an employee or a contractor of someone who has a solid Business Process Engineering (BPR) work history who also possesses a strong work flow background. For the first six months of this project you will be standing up Data and doing Data cleansing and 20% of your time will be analysis of the data. After that 80% of your time will be spent doing analysis and 20% standup.

This person will should have a strong process improvement background and business analysis skills as well. It would be helpful if this person has an order management background as you will be coordinating with 14 Million subscriber's data. We are looking for data modeling experience, strong compliance and business process knowledge as well. Candidates will support their informatics in multiple regions. The BPR Engineer is also responsible for working with senior staff members to determine the appropriate measures and associated metrics to support the Business Process Reengineering efforts. Strong auditing and analysis skills will be needed in order to identify "as is" and "to be" modeling and be able to work with business process reengineering team members to identify process improvements. 

Exceptional communication skills and a strong determination to overcome obstacles are required. Exposure to relational database structures and SQL are a plus. 

Requirements:

Business process engineering- Domain: Telecom or Cable

Process workflow and systems process design

Process methodology experience

Data Modeling experience

Education:  Requires a Bachelors degree.

 **Ability to work in the US without sponsorship (EAD, Green Card, US Citizen)
