J2EE/ Java Developer Analyst- Reston, VA

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional developer that wants challenges, the ability to be creative and has passion for the craft. • Software analyst developer with strong J2EE-Java skills 
• Must have Transact SQL (T-SQL) experience
• Experience with Sybase 
• Will be working on maintaining systems and enhancements, some development on a small scale
• Must have strong analytical skills and be focused on task at hand
• Work with Java, J2EE, Struts, Hibernate and Spring framework
• Must be able to lead his or her requirements gathering sessions and be a very good communicator for this role
• Will do your own unit testing with JUnit
• Data modeling experience necessary
• Unix server side and Windows client side development experience
• Agile experience is a plus

**Ability to work in the US without sponsorship (EAD, Green Card, US Citizen)
